We sweep the county's deed books, tax rolls, and plat indexes. A clerk chases anything that doesn't surface on the first pass.

What exactly do I get?+
One clean PDF packet: the deed, legal description, plat map, tax card, assessment record, and a lien search. Each is pulled from the county source and verified against the original record. The packet closes with a signed attestation naming who pulled it, who checked it, and when. See a sample packet.
How long does it take?+
Most packets arrive within 2 business days. If a county record room is slow, or a clerk needs one detail from you, you'll hear from us by email, and you can answer by replying.
What if a record can't be found?+
A clerk works the gap by hand: calling the county, checking adjacent indexes, pulling microfilm where it still exists. The packet ships with everything found. Anything truly unrecorded is flagged in writing, so you know the difference between missing and nonexistent.
Do I need an account?+
Not for a single order. Pay once, track from the link we send, and reach your clerk by replying to any of our emails. If you order regularly, an account keeps every parcel on one desk and takes up to fifty through a single checkout.
Who orders these?+
Title shops clearing files. Attorneys building closings and estates. Surveyors and lenders confirming what the county actually holds. And plenty of owners, buyers, and neighbors with a question about their own land. To order programmatically, write records@parcelclerk.com.
